MARA Import Feed and Feed Additives License New Registration, Renew and Alter Publication Number: 371

 
MARA Notification issued on Dec. 16 :
 
Congratulations to MB Nutritional Sciences LLC, USA，Perstorp Waspik B.V., the Netherlands，PCF “Yuzhno-Kyrilsky Ryibocombinat” Co., Ltd., Russia，Tetra GmbH, Germany，PLB International Inc., Canada，Société IDENA, France，Shamsi Industries, Pakistan etc. which represented by our company (Feed China Registered License Center) and obtained Import Feed License. Accordance with the Administrative Measures on the Registration of Imported Feed and Feed Additives relevant provisions, there are 72 companies, have been approved and obtained the 151 products of Import Feed Licenses for new registration or renewal（see attachment 1) . 12 products’ alteration were approved, including applicant name and manufacturer name for DL-Methionine feed grade, the alteration of Chinese and foreign Trade name of “Liposorb”, and the alteration of applicant name of 2 products including Polyenrich (referring to Annex 2). Approved the alteration of formula and quality standard of " ALLTECH NATUSTAT " produced by Alltech Inc., USA, and " Nopcozyme XAP " and " Nopcozyme PRO " produced by Diasham Resources Pte. Ltd., Singapore, new Registered Licenses were issued, and former Registered Licenses numbered (2017) No. 228, (2018) No. 085 and (2018) No. 086 will be invalid at the same time (see attachment 2) . The supervision and inspection of the registered products shall be carried out in accordance with the national standards of the People's Republic of China and the quality standards promulgated by the MARA. 
 
According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Notice [2020] No. 1, the product validity period of Formic Acid 85% F has been extended to March 2021 (see attachment 3). After the Covid-19 is over, applicants should promptly complete the renewal registration procedures.
